Established in 1973 by Richard W. Baum and his former Partner Jerry Lawrence, our accounting firm was originally known as Lawrence & Baum and located in Lansdale, PA. In 1984, Mr. Lawrence decided to leave public accounting and Mr. Baum invited Judy Smith and Timothy Clemens to join the firm as partners; creating “Baum, Smith & Clemens”. From an office that started with four employees, today we proudly employ more than 20 professional accounting and support staff members. Today our office is located in Harleysville, PA.
