| PA Annual Report Filing Scam |
| We have recently been made aware of business owners receiving mailings entitled “PENNSYLANIA ANNUAL REPORT”. These letters are being sent from a company calling itself “New Business Filing LLC”. The form instructs Pennsylvania businesses: “To avoid administrative dissolution or revocation in the future, file your 2025 Annual Report online at Busfile.org/2025” or “scan the QR code … to file”. This is a SCAM. Do NOT navigate to this URL nor scan the QR code. Indeed most PA businesses MUST file the PA Annual Report beginning in 2025 as we have previously written about. However, THIS mailing is from a fictitious organization and is NOT associated with the Annual Report in any way. Here is the link where the actual report can be filed: |
