It is with a heavy heart that we announce the sudden passing of our Tax Partner, Roy P. Kershaw, Jr. Roy was a member of the Baum, Smith & Clemens family for over 20 years, overseeing all aspects of our tax department. He was the beloved husband of Kimberly M. Kershaw and proud father of Andrew Kershaw and Ashley Ruditys.
