America’s Birthday
In honor of the 249th birthday of America, our office will be closed on Thursday and Friday, July 3rd and 4th. It will reopen on Monday, July 7th.

Summer Office Hours
Our office will continue to be open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and closed on Friday during the summer. Normal hours will resume on September 2.
Congratulations!!
We are happy to announce that Matt Leavy was married to his wife Leandra on June 14 in Telford. After celebrating with their family and friends, the happy couple went on a honeymoon in Riviera Maya, Mexico.
Matt has been a Staff Accountant since June 2023 and works in both the tax and auditing departments. Congrats to the newlyweds!
July Tax Update
On July 1, 2025, the Senate passed tax legislation extending many of the provisions of the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs act. As of this writing, the legislation is being sent to the House of Representatives. We are monitoring the situation and will provide a detailed analysis of the tax provisions when we have information.
The PA Annual Reports for Limited Liability Companies will be due on September 30, 2025.
The PA Annual Reports for Limited Partnerships, Limited Liability Partnerships, Business Trusts and Professional Associations will be due December 31, 2025.
